- 500 gm Boneless Chicken Pieces,
- 2/3 Cup finely Chopped Capsicum
- 2/3 Cup finely Chopped Carrot,
- 2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2/3 Cup Broken Vermicelli 2Eggs
- 2 Medium Size Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
- Handful Coriander Leaves
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 2 Tbsp Crushed Garlic and Green Chillies,
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- as per taste Salt
- as required Oil
Instructions to make Chicken Cutlet Recipe
- 1. Boil the Chicken Pieces by adding Ginger Garlic Paste,1/2Tsp Black Pepper Powder, Salt and 1Cup Water
2. Shred the Chicken Pieces
3. In a Pan add 3Tbsp Oil,when oil is heated add Crushed Garlic and Green Chillies
4. Saute for few seconds,then add Capsicum and Carrots
5. Saute for few minutes
6. Add Green Chilli Sauce,Soy Sauce, 1/2Tsp Black Pepper Powder and Chicken Cube
7. Cook for 2-3mins,then add Shredded Chicken
8. Mix well and turn off the flame

















- 9. Add Mashed Potatoes and Chopped Coriander Leaves,if require add Salt
10. Transfer into a bowl, refrigerate for at least 1/2hr
11. Meanwhile in a Plate mix Vermicelli and Bread Crumbs,add Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper Powder.Mix and Keep aside
12. In a Bowl beat 2Eggs and keep aside
13. After 1/2hr remove Mixture,and make tikkis
14. Take a tikki, dunk in Egg and then cover with Bread Crumbs and Vermicelli
15. Gently press the coating so that it sticks well










- 16. Heat Oil for frying in a Pan or Kadai
17. Place the Tikkis in Hot Oil,fry on Medium Heat, flipping couple of times until Tikkis turns Golden from both sides
18. Drain excess Oil and Remove in a Serving Plate
19. Serve it with your choice of Sauce or Chutneys
