- Marinade fish fillets with salt + pepper powder + turmeric powder and marinade for 10 minutes.

- Then fry lightly (50 %) and allow to cool. Then remove skin and bones.



- Then add salt + chat masala + pepper powder + corn flour and mix nicely. Then add mashed potato and mix gently, don’t fully mash fish keep it big and chunky for better taste.


- Grease palms and start giving the shape of balls.


- Make a thin slurry of corn flour + water, dip the balls in the slurry and then coat nicely on corn flour and keep aside.


- Heat oil moderately, then start dropping the balls one after another and deep fry till golden brown.


- Balls are ready to Serve.
