  1. Boil water.Add 2 bay leaves and 2-3 tsp olive oil. Cook 90%. Drain extra water. Let it cool for 15 mints.
  2. Now add black pepper, 2 tsp olive oil,salt, chopped parsley, taco seasoning, lemon juice and veg seasoning.
    Stir well
  3. Boil rajma. Drain extra water.
  4. Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp sunflower oil. Add chopped white part of onion. Cook for 2 mints.Add rajma and both seasonings and black pepper.Add salt and red chilli powder.Mix it well.
  5. Add all to gather rajma, rice and above chopped vegetables (portion of chopped vegetables is depends on your choice)
    Add chopped green part of onion.
  6. Add seasoning and lemon juice.mix it well.(you can add vinegar instead of lemon juice)
  7. Rice salad is ready. Enjoy with protein yogurt or labneh.
