  2. Heat oil in a pan, and fry chicken until it get brown, when done set aside

  4. Now add onion slices and fry until it get light brown
  5. Put out half onions and spread on the tissue
  6. Now add g.g paste and saute for a while and add tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft
  7. Now add spices and bonify masala until oil comes out from corners
  8. Now add fried chicken and bonify again on high flame
  9. Turn off the flame.
  10. Spread half coriander leaves,mint leaves and chillies
  11. Add boiled rice, spread food color. dig lemon slices
  12. And again spread remaining fried onions, mint and coriander leaves and chillies,
  13. Make 2_3 holes with spoon in the rice for perfect steam
  14. Cover with cotton cloth and close the lid
  15. Put the griddle on low flame and place pot on griddle
