  24. 1 Beaten Egg
  25. Bread Crumbs
  26. Oil For Frying

Instructions to make Chicken Vegetable Kabab

  1. In Pot, Add Oil, Carrot, Peas and Stir-fry for 1 Min.
  2. Add Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Crushed, Chaat Masala, Kinor Chicken Masala, Salt and Mix Well.
  3. Add Capsicum & Mix Well Cover and Cook until Soft.
  4. Now Add Chilli Sauce & Soya Sauce Mix Well.
  5. In Bowl, Add Mashed Potatoes, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Black Pepper Crushed, Kinor Chicken Masala, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala Powder Mix Well.
  6. Now Add Chilli Sauce and Soya Sauce Mix Well.
  7. Add Chopped Onion, Shredded Chicken.
  8. Add Boiled Egg, Stir-Fried Vegetables and Mix Well.
  9. Take A Mixture and Make 8-10 Kababs of Equal Size.
  10. Dip into beaten Egg, then coat in Bread crumbs.
  11. In Frying Pan, Add oil and Fry Kabab until Golden Brown.
  12. Serve.
