Steps to make Poha
- First of all wash poha n strain the water n keep aside.
- Take a pan, add 3 tablespoon of oil,add hing.
- Then add mustard seeds n curry leaves.
- Add peanuts, chopped green chili n saute.
- Then add chopped onion n once it turn light brown, add green peas.
- Then add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder n salt.
- Saute for a while then add washed poha, mix well n saute for a while.
- Finally add sugar n give it a final stir
- Poha is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, besan masala Sev n pomegranate seeds.
- Serve hot..
