- 6 Bread Slices
- 2-3 Big Potato (boiled)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- As Required Salt, Oil for frying
- 3 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
- As Required Besan Slurry
- 1 cup Besan
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- As Per Taste Salt
- As required Water
Instructions to make Bread Pakoda
- Mash boiled Potatoes, lightly toast bread slices and keep aside.
- Mash by adding salt + coriander powder + chat masala + red chilli powder + oil + chopped coriander.

- Potato filling/stuffing is ready.

- Take bread slices, spread a thick even layer of potato mixture and cover it / place another bread slice, and press gently. Follow the same process with the rest of the bread slices.

- Make a slurry of Besan + salt + red chilli powder + carom seeds + oil + turmeric + water and keep aside


- Cut diagonally the prepared bread slices. This step is optional.

- Heat oil in a pan, dip and coat the bread slices from all sides in Besan slurry, and deep fry both sides till golden brown.
Add baking soda in Besan slurry just before dipping the bread slices.
- Bread Pakoda is ready.
