  13. 1 large boiled diced potato
  14. as needed Green chutney (3-4 green Chilli grinded with salt and garlic)
  15. 1 cup thick yoghurt or greek yoghurt
  16. as per taste Salt
  17. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  18. 1 tsp Dry roasted Cumin powder
  19. as needed Few fresh pomegranates for garnishing
  20. 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  21. 2 apple diced

Instructions to make Baked Sabudana basket chaat

  1. For basket
    Wash and soak the sago seeds for overnight then drain all the excess water. In a bowl take all the ingredients of Sabudana basket and mix them very well. Mix them with light hands so that Sabudana doesn't loose it's texture. Take a lemon size dough and set it in paper liner or cup cake moulds. Make sure the moulds are well greased. Now bake them in a preheated oven at 200°c for 30 minutes or until set and crispy.
  2. For filling
    In a bowl dice the paneer, apple and boiled potato. Add all the above-mentioned spices mix them really well and keep it aside. You can adjust spices according to your taste. Even filling can be used as per preference or likes and taste choice is yours.
  3. Once the baskets are baked let them cool down for 10 minutes and then demould the baskets. Then put the filling in it as required or as much you prefer.Garnish with yoghurt, green chutney and pomegranate. Finely a leaf of coriander to enhance the beauty.
