- In the starting boil the noodles 90%, wash it with cold water,polish with refined oil and keep aside to cool down. Dissolve the corn flour in cold water make a slurry. Cut the vegetables according to desired shape.



- Chopped garlic and cabbage separately.


- Now In a Kadhai heat oil and add garlic try it till golden brown and add all the veggies and saute.



- After frying vegetables now add chopped cabbage and saute all until smoothen.


- Now add salt and black pepper in it.
