- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato

- 1/4 cup boiled peanuts
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp aamchur powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 2-3 tsp tamarind dates chutney
- 2-3 tsp green chutney
- 3-4 tsp pomegranate
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 lemon
- As required Sev(OPTIONAL)
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Healthy Sprouts Salad Chaat| Sprouts Salad Bhel| Weight Loss
- Roast the sprouted black chana for 5-6 mins in a few drops of oil adding pinch of salt.
Roast the sprouted greengram for 2-3 mins in a few drops of oil adding pinch of salt.
NOTE: Roasting make the sprouts crunchy & eliminates the raw taste. Donnot skip this step. - Green chutney:
¼ cup coriander leaves
¼ cup mint
1 green chilli (can increase)
½ inch ginger
½ tsp salt
½ lemon juice
3 tsp water for grinding
Method:
Grind the above ingredients to fine paste. - Tamarind dates chutney
Boil, mash dates,jaggery,tamarind. then strain to get smooth puree & then add salt,red chilli powder, cumin - Then add all the others ingredients & mix. Serve immediately.
You can also add some chopped boiled potatoes/sweet potatoes if you like.
