- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions to make Egg Kofta Curry
- For 2 persons : Combine in a bowl take 2 eggs, 2 bread, 3 boiled potatoes....mashed the potatoes and mix...it well... Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder coriander powder, fresh chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger,garlic and green chilli paste, garam masala, chopped onion it is optional and salt as needed. Mix...it well and knead a smooth dough....No need of adding water and knead a smooth dough... From the dough take a small ball and make a cutlet shape..



- Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry the cutlet batch wise...till it is golden brown in color both the sides...Once it is done...Keep aside.. Grind all the masala...



- Make a fine paste. In the same kadai heat oil add cumin seeds and1 bay leaf fry for few seconds. Then add the masala. Fry for 2 minutes or till the raw smell of mein's ala goes off...Then add water as needed. Cook for 2 minutes. If you want dry curry then wait till it is gravy...Once it is done...



- Then transfer the gravy to a bowl. While serving add kofta and keep on a microwave for 1 minutes... Serve...with nsn or philkas...
