- 2 cup homemade paneer, mashed,
- 3 tbsp corn flour,
- 1/2 tsp dalchini powder,
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder,
- 1/2 tsp salt, (optional),

- For Stuffing.
- 1 cup matar dana, boiled, mashed,
- 2 tbsp desi ghee or oil,
- Pinch of hing,
- Pinch Jeera,
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger,
- 2 green chilli chopped finely,
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
- to taste, Salt
- 6 badam
- 8 kaju chopped or crushed,
- as required Oil or desi ghee for frying,
Instructions to make Matar Paneer Kebab
- Take a pan, add oil or ghee, heat it.
- Add zeera, let it splutter.
- Now add hing, ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.
- Add mashed matar, stir fry it for a minute.
- Now add all the other ingredients one by one, stir fry it until dry.
- Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, keep aside to cool down.
- Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients, mix it thoroughly.
- Take med. portions from the paneer batter, flatten it, now make a pit inside.
- Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges, make kebab.
- Dust the kebabs with lil corn flour, make all the kebabs in the same manner.
- Take a pan, add oil in the mediocre amount, heat it.
- Shallow fry the kebabs until both sides become brown.
- Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney.
