- Wash and chop all tricolour capsicum in small square pieces.

- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add chopped onion and saute till translucent. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander seeds powder and mix well. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Now add tricolour capsicum, boiled potatoes and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Now add chopped tomato and mix and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and add garam masala and mix well.
