- 2 big Capsicum Cubes
- 2 big tomatoes cubes(seeds to be removed)
- 2 big onions petals

- 1.5 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- 1 tbs Curd optional
- Oil/ghee to roast
- 1 tsp Green chilly and ginger garlic paste
- leaves Few chopped Coriander
- Big Tooth picks or Metal Screws for Tandoor
Steps to make Tandoori - Aaloo - Tikka π
- Peel off the skin of the baby potatoes
- Chop all the vegetables in medium cube size as per baby potato
- Marinate all of them in the big wide bowl of around 20mins by adding all the spices to them

- Now Screw them in order one after another arranging them accordingly Green Capsicum, next onion, tomato, potato...... and roast them well at medium to slow flame.
- Remove the Screw...
