I use to make dahi wali chana chaat mostly but this time tries this chana chaat recipe inspired by sarosh zeeshan. So tempting and drool worth chat. Also added mint chutney in my chaat that tastes awesome.

  16. 2 tomatoes cubed
  17. 1 large onion cubed

  19. 2-3 tbs mint leaves

  21. 1/2 tsp cumin roasted and crushed
  22. 1/2 tsp coriander roasted and crushed
  23. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  24. 1 cup papri
  25. 3-4 Tbs mint chutney

  1. Add tamarind pulp in a sauce with 1 cup of water and spices cook for 2 to 3 minutes set aside
  2. In a mixing bowl add chikpeas potatoes onion and tomatoes. Add green chillies and spices
  3. Add mint chutney mint and coriander leaves. Crush half of the papri and sprinkle.
  4. Add half tamarind sauce and mix well. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Add papri sprinke some chat masala and serve.
