  4. For Dip / chutney 5-6 walnuts.. roasted & chopped 1/2 tsp fennel seeds 1-2 fresh green chili chopped 1cup yogurt

  1. In a pan roast all whole spices until fragrant ; cool down & grind into fine powder
  2. In a pan add ghee fry cashew nuts till golden brown
    2. In a bowl add rajma,cashew nuts ginger garlic 🧄 paste, red chili 🌶 powder & mix everything properly
    3. Now add in a grinder & grind into proper paste
  3. Remove from grinder add fried onions 🧅 kebab masala besan & salt 🧂 mix it properly until nicely combined
    5. Make kebabs from mixture in equal portion & keep aside
    6. Heat non stick griddle add ghee on it & place the kebab & fry until golden brown from both sides
  4. For Walnut Dip / Chutney
    In a bowl add yogurt, chopped walnuts, fennel seeds & green chilies ; mix everything properly & serve with kebabs
