- After cooling, add chat masala and mix nicely. give the shape of cutlets.


- Make a medium slurry of maida + water + little salt, dip each cutlet in slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.
Shallow fry under medium flame till crisp and golden brown on both sides.
- Crispy cutlets are ready.

- Serve with salad and tomato ketchup.
