  1. Add oil to a pan & heat it
    Than add 1 tsp cumin seed,bay leaf, ginger garlic paste. saute it well.
  2. Than add onion paste,saute till it turn golden brown.
  3. Make a masala mixture add all the masala in a bowl(coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala) and add little water to it mix it well.By doing this masala don't stick to the pan and enhance the flavor.
  4. Add masala mixture to the pan mix it well. Saute till oil get separated from mixture.
  5. Now add tomato puree & green chilli to it. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add 1 tsp kashuri methi to the gravy, 2 tbsp fresh cream (it give creamy sweet texture to the gravy) you can add Malai if you don't have cream. Add little water if required & cook for 2 min.
  7. Now add boiled corn, chopped capsicum & panneer cubes. Cook for 5 min.
  8. And here the corn paneer masala is ready to serve.
    Garnish it with some coriander leaves.
  9. You can serve it with roti, Puri, naan.
