- Mix wheat flour and salt n oil
- Knead dough. Apply some ghee and put the dough for rest at least for 15minutes
- Now take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste
- Now add all dry spices and add coriander leaves,mint leaves and green chilli
- Mix them well and make small ball of that
- Take small ball of the dough and fill it with masala..Roll it
- Heat the tawa.. put the parantha on heated tawa.. apply ghee on both sides
- Your parantha is ready.. serve with dahi n chtny
