  2. 2 cup Wheat & all purposes flour mix
  3. 5 to 6 teaspoon Ghee or oil
  4. 1/2 tea spoon Salt, Chilli,haldi,amchur & coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tea spoon Jeera, kasuri methi
  6. 1/2 inch piece ginger & half green chili
  7. as required Fresh coriander leaves

  1. Boil or roast sweet potato, Peel it & cut into pieces. After cool down mash it. Now take a pan add ghee,saute jeera & ginger.
  2. Add red chilli & haldi also. Green chili coriander & leftover dry spices & saute tarka add in sweet potato.
  3. Mix all ingredients together. For dough both flour, some salt & 1 teaspoon ghee mix & make tight dough.
  4. Now take mid size peda flat it, stuff material in it & make a tight knot. Again apply dry flour & roll on flat roti shape.
  5. Don't make it more thin, now cook it on mid flame apply ghee on both sides. The yummy parathas are ready for serve.
