- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 Tsp red chilli
- 1/3 Tsp turmeric powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 Tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 Tsp cumin powder
- 1/3 Tsp garam masala
- 2 Tbsp whisked curd
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tsp crushed kasoori methi le
Steps to make Paneer Kofta Curry
- Mix all the ingredients of koftas. Grease palm and make balls. Fry them and keep aside.





- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and whole garam masala. When cumin seeds splutter, add onion masala paste and tomato puree. Cook on low flame. Add the dry masala powders mentioned under gravy and saute till aromatic.



- Now add whisked curd and sugar and cook on low flame till oil separate from masala. Add kasoori methi leaves crushed.

- Then add required amount of water for gravy and allow to boil on low to medium flame.

- Drop the paneer Kofta to gravy and cook for 2 minutes. Garlic with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
