- Wash and soak chhole for over night. keep the masala ready. Chop onion, tomatoes and green chilli.



- Now heat a cooker add oil, jeera and hing. Later add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute it. Then add dry masala mix them well and cook till oil releases. Add chhole and mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt and water as required, cover the lid and take 3 whistles.



- Now take wheat flour add salt and oil, mix well and make a tight dough for puri. Give 5 minutes rest and then cut into small portion, roll them and fry in a hot oil.



- Our puri is ready. Now check the chhole, they are done, add garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.



- Now everything is ready, let it cool down then pack in the lunch box along with red onion and kemon slice.
