  2. Now add this paste in mashed potatoes,add salt.mix well and make round shaped vada.
  3. In bowl take besan, Rice flour,carom seeds,salt,turmeric powder.mix well add 1 tbspoon hot oil as mohan.mix well.Gradually add water to get dosa consistency batter.
  4. Dip vada in it and deep fry till Golden. Serve hot with dry garlic chutney and fried chilli.purposely avoided pav.sometimes it tastes yum without pav. Do try ghis
