  4. Add all spices to and salt to taste cover the lid add 1cup water and boil for a few minutes and lastly add Garam masala and lemon juice
  5. Garnish chopped coriander leaves
  6. Take the whole wheat flour and now add 2tsp oil and salt bind to medium soft dough
  7. Now make Roti or Paratha which you love to have with Chana masala
  8. Assemble them up by applying Chana masala and grate some cheese in the middle of Paratha or Roti and give them as Lunch to your kids
