- In a thaal,make dough of Aata by mixing, Little haldi,red chilli powder and salt and Oil,make a thick dough for Paratha.Now make Paratha by stuffing Gobhi mixture in it and it in the medium hot
Roti Tawa/Pan,put all sides, Oil/Ghee,flip the Paratha till it's done bothsides.
