- Heat 1 tb.spoon.oil in a pan,add onion paste and fry until golden brown on a medium heat.



- Add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala.Let it cool.

- Now mix wheat flour,all-purpose flour,grated potato,cheese and onion mixture.Add 3-4 tb.spoon.water and knead to smooth dough.



- Heat oil in a karahi.Divide the dough into 15 part.Roll out into puris and deep fry.


- For amla jam- mix together amla and sugar and cook it for about 5 -6 min.When it turns golden in colour, switch off the gas.
